Nothing except that it's the nearest to the Lost World of Tambun amusement park & the car park lots were excellent.
The arrangement was terrible. I have made a confirmed booking for 2 exotic rooms. It turned out they changed it to standard rooms due to fully occupied. However they gave me extra bed with no extra charge as to replace the exotic room. Mr. Shah the receptionist was nice, but, the Malay/ chinese lady receptionist was very very rude on the phone. She told me that there is no exotic room, exotic room is only prepared if there's a request. I said I feel cheated because the room was advertised in their website. She said it was just a marketing illustration. However, the cleaners and the guards were very nice. Food for breakfast, not variety.
I liked the hot springs that was nearby.
I didn't like the hotel overall. The wi-fi for our room was intermittent at best . Even after the hotel staff had supposedly got it fixed, wi-fi was pretty much non-existent. The hotel did not have a swimming pool or a fitness centre as was stated in Booked.net. That was a huge disappointment. I don't know who is to blame for that, Booking. com or Lost World hotel. Either way, it was false advertisement. I had chosen to stay at Lost World Hotel because it was supposed to have a swimming pool. Otherwise, we would have stayed in a hotel in the heart of Ipoh. The toilet didn't seem like it enjoyed flu sing even after we complained and the staff had supposedly fixed it. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We had to attend a seminar the next day and we never got any sleep. Driving back to Kuala Lumpur, we had to stop several times to take a nap. It would have been better to sleep in the car for our trip to Ipoh rather than stay at Lost World Hotel. The hotel didn't have a restaurant except for a chain restaurant called Pappa Rich. Needless to say, we didn't bother with that. For complimentary breakfast, we were supposed to walk across to the Lost World Resort. We didn't bother because, we suspected that it would have been as disappointing as everything else in the hotel. We paid about RM203.00 for a night's stay. It was definitely not worth that amount of money. I think RM80.00 would be a fair amount. On top of that, the hotel almost got away with charging us RM220.00 for the night because they had apparently upgraded us without our knowledge. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the Lost World Hotel.
The hotel is near the mountains and the theme park. Nice view and fresh air. The breakfast spread is alright.
As we stayed during the high peak season, the hotel cannot cope with the crowd and check in took a long time. We only managed to check in at 5 pm, which make us lose a lot of time. The hotel's facilities are limited. As f & b outlets are some distance away, it is not convenient.
My wife and me really had a good and restful holiday. The hotel was well situated and very away from the city.Would make a trip again in the near future.
The breakfast could have been better.
Hot Spring is very nice. Room is spacious and breakfast is good.
The room door (entrance door) gap at the bottom is too big, easily can hear other guests shouted at the corridor. A mini fridge should put inside the room.
hot springs water theme park room

Easy access to lost world lagoon. Clean.
Long waiting time at the point of check in. Check in time suppose to be 3 but asked to wait for 45 mins as the room is not ready. Only one restaurant around hotel.
Nothing much - only the environment
The checking was late and also did not follow to what requested during my booking and confirmation with reservation after done the booking 3 weeks ahead.
Lack of facilities ; eg. Restaurants and they dont even have coffea house or room service
Its near to tambun theme park
